Boxworx is fully licensed and specialise in the storage and fulfilment of alcohol around the UK and to a number of countries. At Boxworx, we understand the challenges of growing a successful drinks business and we are the 3PL fulfilment partner for many alcohol brands. We have clients selling beers, RTDs, wines and a variety of spirits including whisky, gin, vodka & more.
Alcohol Fulfilment
We primarily work with B2C ecommerce businesses but can also send alcohol B2B to the on-trade. We also work with alcohol subscription boxes and gifting companies whose customers are able to make bespoke bundles such as spirits and complementary mixers.
The assembly of bundles and subscription boxes is handled using our inventory management software ensuring that stock levels remain accurate.
If you're running a one off sampling campaign we can also help you distribute the products to the recipients.
How Do You Manage Expiry Dates?
Some alcohol products including many beers and RTDs that we store and fulfil for clients have best before or expiry dates. When this is the case, we prioritise the oldest stock first using FEFO (First Expire, First Out) to minimise waste.
How Do You Package Alcohol For Shipping?
Our team is always dedicated to ensuring that your customer receives their order in perfect condition and has worked to identify packaging which is environmentally friendly, optimise shipping costs, provide a great unboxing experience and, most importantly, protect the products to reduce the risk of damage or even breakages.
We have a range of packaging to choose from including recycled shredded cardboard, moulded pulp and inflatable systems for between 1 and 12 bottles.
We also happy for you to supply your own bespoke packaging for shipping your alcohol products.
