Linlithgow Distillery is a family-run craft distillery which has been producing premium, multi award-winning craft spirits since 2018 and has grown from distilling gin to now distilling vodka and spiced rum. The future aim of husband and wife team Ross and Alyson has always been to produce craft whisky and that dream will hopefully start to be realised in 2025.
The duo do everything themselves, by hand, at their micro craft distillery based in Linlithgow Bridge. But with only the 2 of them doing all the distilling, bottling, labelling, tours & tastings, sales, events and day to day order fulfilment, it means they had to look for a fulfilment partner to help them whenever they had to be away from the distillery.
They looked no further than one of their stockists, Huffmans, who opened a new branch of their business, Boxworx, offering order fulfilment. Boxworx have now been doing ad-hoc order fulfilment for Linlithgow Distillery since the beginning and offer a valuable service in allowing them to continue taking orders through their website whilst offering peace of mind to their online customers that they are still receiving the best customer service possible.
In addition, they also use the Boxworx International service to send samples and orders throughout the world. Having access to this service is invaluable when sometimes small companies are unable to create accounts directly with shippers because they do not meet minimum order quantities.
