  • There are lots of benefits of outsourcing your fulfilment process but the key benefits are time & cost savings and our expertise. Outsourcing your fulfilment to Boxworx will save many hours that will allow you to focus on other aspects of your business leading to growth. It can also save the overheads and costs associated with having your own warehouse space. We can also help you reduce your shipping costs as we are a high volume shipper so have more leverage to negotiate rates with our courier partners. These savings are passed on to our customers. Getting Started With Boxworx

  • We offer more than 75 shopping cart integrations including Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento. We also integrate with marketplace such as Amazon & eBay.   • This is dependent on the ecommerce platform used by the client. Our system automatically can quickly integrate with a number of leading platforms but can also integrate with custom stores using XML web pages. View our ecommerce technology partners.

  • No! 😊

  • We strive to make the onboarding process as seamless and efficient as possible. Typically, the entire process can take up to a few weeks from start to finish but can vary on client requirements.

  • No, products do not require individual barcoding, but if barcoding was required for B2B fulfilment we can offer this as a service.

  • Insurance of the products is the responsibility of the client until delivered to Boxworx.

    Once the stock is in our warehouse, if stock value is below £1,000, we will insure the products at full replacement cost. For stock value over £1,000, the client will be responsible for their own insurance. We can organise this on request for an agreed fee, depending on value and timescales.

  • This can vary depending on the size of the shipment and the numbers of SKUs received. We prioritise goods received in order to check there are no damages to the shipment and it matches what was expected.

FULFILMENT SERVICES

  • The fulfilment process starts by you delivering your SKUs to our warehouse so that we can book these into stock and start storing your inventory. We will integrate your ecommerce store(s) to our system so that your orders filter seamlessly through to our team. We'll then pick and pack the order and ship these out direct to your customer using one of our chosen delivery partners. Your customer will receive communication with tracking details so they can follow the progress of the parcel. If a customer wants to return a product or an entire order then we'll handle that too. Orders arriving on time and in perfect condition develops trust which is the foundation to grow your ecommerce business.

  • Yes, we fully licenced for the storage & fulfilment of alcohol including beer, wine & spirits. We work with a number of brands in this sector. Read more about our alcohol fulfilment service.   • For orders received before 2pm, we aim to ship out the same day, however this is dependent on the volume of orders received.


  • We partner with a number of courier to ensure your orders reach your customers intact and on time. Popular courier partner integrations include Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DHL. Learn more about our courier partners.

  • Yes, we can ship orders to a number of countries through our courier partners. Please get in touch with details of the locations you'd like to send to.

  • Yes, the software integration sends tracking details to your ecommerce platform once their order has been shipped. If set up to do so, your ecommerce platform will notify the customer of the shipment with tracking details.

  • Returns are unavoidable in ecommerce and offering hassle returns is crucial to your customer experience. At Boxworx, we handle all aspects of the returns process including inspection and quality control.
